The Typesetter’s Tray

Have you ever been writing, come to a place where you debated as to whether it needed a comma or not, and moved on to find yet another question about whether or not to use another punctuation mark? That’s about the time you find a flurry of your own hair scattered across your desk. One of these episodes resulted in reversion to the age of six and resulted in the book, The Typesetter’s Tray, where the punctuation marks take on a life of their own after the printer and his wife leave at night.

Keep a copy of the antics of these characters by your desk and resort to it the next time a comma grabs you by the eyeballs and attempts to spin you around, and you’re sure to break the tension with a chuckle.
